I’m so happy to read this because i am no longer able to work with dough as i used to do. My problem is that i don’t have a Kitchen Aid mixer. I have a Sunbeam Mixmaster which i bought as a replacement for my 40 year old Mixmaster. What speeds do you suggest to use for mixing on my Mixmaster? We visited the store last summer and left with a carload of goodies!
