Thank you, PJ. I have always made pie crust by hand because that's how I was taught by my mother. But I am now soon to be 76 and I have arthritis in my hands and it is not as easy to
do it all by hand. If I can I will look for ways to make things on the mixer or whatever tool works best. I just knew there had to be a way for making my big beautiful black and silver stand mixer
do the work for me. Again, thank you for the recipe and I love King Arthur's products.
