Hi Laura! I was just reading through the KA guide for freezing pie crusts, and it says you can freeze pie dough for up to 3 months if the dough is not baked. That means if you can make a ton of pie dough today, freeze it, and be ready for both November and December holidays (or even save some for a New Years Day quiche). Yes!
