That depends on what you're measuring and how! In this case, we're discussing our unbleached all-purpose flour measured using the fluff, sprinkle, and scrape method. Ounces are always a bit of an approximation due to how large they are, but our flour weighs 4 1/4 ounces (120 grams) per cup, which comes out to 10.6 ounces for 2 1/2 cups; close enough for your average home baker. When in doubt, go with grams, as they're much, much easier to measure!
