I have tried countless times to make a buttery, soft pie crust and no luck til I tried your recipe! Most of the recipes out there said to use a dough blender, a fork or a food processor. All u need is a mixer! :) Thank you, King Arthur Flour for posting your recipe online. Now I'm going to bake more pies. :)
