I'm in the middle of preparing this recipe -- and love it! I'm an accomplished baker but don't care much for crusts in general. Add that to the intimidation factor of pastry, I just try to avoid making them. I use my stand mixer as much as possible and, now that I see how easy and nice a crust made this way is, I will make more. Thank you for the step-by-step instructions!
