I love this recipe! For years I've had terrible luck with standard recipes and I finally realized that I truly do have warm hands so this has been a lifesaver. One problem that I'm still having is that once in the pan, chilled well, and in the oven, the upper edges of my crust tend to collapse and fall in toward the center. Could it be that I'm adding too much water? Many thanks for years of happy baking!
