I've been happily making my pie crust in the stand mixer. I can times the recipe by 5 and comes out beautiful flaky crust every time. I add egg,vinegar and water in the end. I'm not sure how I came upon this recipe. But it's awesome. Comes out like play dough. So easy to roll after chilled. But stand mixer it is. My hands have arthritis. And happy I can still make it, without the pain!😍
