Cannot wait to use this recipe this Thanksgiving. In the past, I have always used a food processor, but believe it or not, the sound of it drives my dog to madness (which trickles down to my having to walk him about 6 times the day before Thanksgiving-when I am cooking for a crowd the next day!!) I have even considered boarding him so I can make pies, that's how bad it is. But the stand mixer is much quieter. Fingers crossed!
