I make a lot of pies for the holidays. I mean I made 70 pies for Thanksgiving and Christmas last year and that was at night after work during the weekdays. That being said would this work well doing a large batch of pie crust? Like for multiple pies at once? Since I have a pie press I don't roll my crust an I want to make the process even faster.
