When I saw this recipe for making a pie crust in a stand mixer, I thought this is just what I need. While I am a very good cook, mastering pie crusts has always been challenging for me. I used the recipe today to make a peach-raspberry galette. I could tell by the way the dough felt when I dumped it out of the mixing bowl this was going to be a game changer. The crust was flaky and light. I will never go back!
