Hobart/KitchenAid used to sell pastry blades for their home-sized mixers. They still show up on that auction site, but usually for the 20 qt mixers. They're basically shaped like an outline of the regular beater attachment, I've always wondered whether they stopped selling the smaller ones because they didn't work or because they were dangerous.
