Eileen, the amount of oil in your skin is miniscule compared with the amount of oil in the recipe itself, so it's not going to have any significant impact unless you've literally dunked them in a bucket of olive oil first. But of course you should always wash your hands with soap and warm water before touching food ingredients to prevent any germs or other contaminants from getting into your food. Happy baking! Kat@KAF
