Hi Nancy, we'd love to help! If your pie crust recipe makes a standard 9" pie, you might consider increasing all of the ingredients by 1.5x to ensure that you have plenty of extra crust to work with. (That's the secret to making a beautiful crimped edge - you have to have enough crust to fold the edge under and then you can shape it distinctly.) You could also use our Classic Single Pie Crust recipe, which makes enough dough to fill an 8" to 10" pie. We'd also recommend using 1.5x the amount of filling for a deep-dish pie if the recipe isn't already designed for that size. You may end up with extra pie filling, but what a treat that is! You can eat it on top of ice cream, oatmeal, or with a spoon. Enjoy! Kye@KAF
