Ginny, mincemeat tarts sound amazing. Are you going to be listening to the Roy Forbes song while you bake? There's not really a great way to combine both, but if you're up for a challenge, you could always make the classic crust for the bottom, then the rustic crust for any fancy decoration on the top. That might give you the best of both worlds! Kat@KAF
