I tried making this recipe today, adjusting the ingredient quantities to make 5 crusts, (my usual amount for Thanksgiving: 2 2-crust pies, apple & cherry, and a pumpkin pie). I have a 5-quart Kitchenaid mixer. By the time I'd added 10 Tbsp. of water to the dough with the mixer running, the dough had clumped together and was starting to spin out of the bowl. Guess I need a larger capacity mixer to make to be able to make that many pie crusts. Hoping the pie crust will roll out well, since it doesn't have as much water was was called for in the recipe.
