Thank you. Doubled the batch for my six quart mixer as I needed crust for four pumpkin pies.
The crust is buttery and flaky. I increased the shortening and cut the butter by 2 tablespoons each ( I only had a cup of butter on hand) but it still turned out well.
I did have a question: if I increased the water slightly would the dough be easier to roll out?
