Fantastic fantastic recipe....been making pies for 50 years best pie crust recipe ever! Easy to roll out no tearing, tender... tried this first time today, day before Thanksgiving ( what am I nuts?) But it came out perfect Mince, Pumpkin and lemon tart here we go! Thank you King Arthur you always have the best recipes!
