Susan Reid November 20, 2018 at 8:12am In reply to I’m wondering how well this pie crust works for preparing ahead… by Aiden for NY (not verified) Aiden, you can certainly make the crust ahead; be sure to add a tablespoon of vinegar as part of the liquid, and it will keep them from oxidizing (turning gray). No need to freeze for 2 days if you take that precaution. Susan Reply
