Linda, this precise recipe is exclusive to our website. If you prefer physical cookbooks, though, there is a very similar recipe in the "King Arthur Flour Baker's Companion,". The stand mixer method can be used with either one with good results. Whichever recipe you choose, we hope you'll enjoy the baking process and (of course!) a tender, flaky pie crust that goes beautifully with whatever filling you choose. Happy baking! Kat@KAF
