Try the cookie paddles, Elizabeth, and be sure you're running the mixer on the lowest setting initially. You don't want to overwork the dough, especially once the liquid is added. You can always turn the mixture out of the bowl and give the dough a few quick kneads on your work surface to help it come together. Happy baking! Kye@KAF
