I just have to say that this is the best flour on this planet. My mother would only use King Arthur flour and I never understood why. I always used the cheaper brand to save money. What a mistake. There is no comparison with the results of my rolls, pies and pastries. It is amazing. I used to use Saphire flour but King Arthur is so much better. I tell family and friends to use King Arthur flour because the quality is so much better. Thank you
