I had no plans to bake a pie today until this blog post up popped up in my news feed. Then I couldn't wait to try it! I loved it! So much easier and less messy, and the finished product! Then I read the blog about "blind baking" a pie crust, and now I'm looking at two beautiful strawberry pies!
