Yes you can, Edith! It's a method many bakers use. You just pulse the flour and butter a couple of times until the butter is in small pieces (a little larger than peas) and then add the water and pulse once or twice more to bring it together. Use very cold ingredients because the friction of the food processor adds heat. You can even stick the food processor's blade in the freezer for an hour to chill that down as well. Happy baking!
