Janet, we use our spritz bottles to moisten the dry spots in the dough, then fold it to incorporate it. One rule of thumb to use in cooking and baking is to never add all of anything to anything else at once. You can always add a little more, but subtraction just isn't an option, and once you go down that road there are a lot of hazards. Same for baking time: you can always bake it more, but you can't bake it less. Always check things in the oven at least 5 minutes before the earliest time given in the range. Susan
