Thank you for this, Ms. Hamel! I am just learning to make pies (I'm not much of a baker) my food processor is broke, and most all pie crust recipes call for one! This looks like something I can do. I'll try the first version w/the handy dandy Kitchen Aid & hopefully come out with a tasty crust for my first ever peach pie! I'm sure I'll refer to your instructions often!!! Be well, D. Gail
