There is a recipe for pie crust in the little spiral-bound cookbook that came with my Kitchenaid mixer 25 years ago. I'd forgotten all about it until seeing your recipe! I'll try it! Also, after baking for 40 years this is the FIRST TIME I've ever had a recipe say to divide the dough and make one bigger than the other so you have adequate bottom crust! That's such a revelation to me LOL!!
