Lynda, you can use your bread machine to prepare the dough, but you'll need to take the dough out of the bucket after it has finished kneading since it's such a large quantity. You can let the dough rise in a large bowl and then proceed with the recipe by hand. If you'd like to use your bread machine from start to finish, you'll want to divide the recipe in half.
