Made with half whole wheat and half white flour, kneaded it using my kitchenaid mixer. It rose wonderfully. Baked one large loaf in my 9x4 pan. Loved the tip about checking the interior temperature with a stick thermometer. Worked like a charm. Not as flavorful as a hearty whole wheat bread, but makes a nice loaf for toast or sandwiches.
