I want to thank you for your informative answers to all these questions. I'm a beginner bread baker. My first try came out pretty good. Everything after that was horrible. But, watching your videos and reading your blog plus watching YouTube I have gotten much better. Lately all my bread has turned out pretty darn good!! I only use King Arthur Whole Wheat and KA bread flour. I prefer honey over sugar so trying to figure out how much to use is a challenge for me. Thanks again for all your help. 🍞
