Made this today and it was beautiful. Cooked for an hour and the center was still jiggly. The crust was brown and I was afraid to continue cooking so as not to burn it, but after cutting it I realized it needed cooking longer for the center to puff and set. Not sure what I did wrong. It tastes good but a little to runny. Any suggestions?
