These stunning tarts would make beautiful gifts! If wrapped well in plastic, they'll last for about 1-2 days at room temperature or 3-5 days in the fridge. If you store them in the fridge, you might recommend the lucky recipients cover the tart with foil and heat it in a warm oven for 5-10 minutes before serving. It will be best the sooner it is eaten.
