Hello, Thanks for putting this recipe online. I am trying this recipe for the first time. I did not have all purpose flour so I used bread flour. I need a bit more water to make a stick dough. But after overnight refrigeration my dough is not forming the long strands as you have shown in your pictures. I will keep it a bit longer at room temperature to see if the dough rises more before I bake. Any suggestions? Thanks Ribhu
