Hello; it's unfortunate that living in Canada (Stratford, ON) we do not have some of the apples mentioned above; Pink Lady-yes; Cortland-yes-not always; Granny Smith-yes; Fuji-yes but I don't like; Golden Delicious-always; I always try to find organic but its 'painful' finding them. This section has been very informative and helpful.
