Enjoyed the article, but here in the corners of Missouri, Arkansas, Oklahoma and Kansas, a variety of those apples are scarce. Each fall I have to order Cortland's from the North East shipped to me. I can only dream about those beautiful snow white apples with the thin red vein my Dad in Cleveland, OH grew.
