I agree! Love Northern Spy apples for pies and have to go out to Central Massachusetts to pick them every year. However, a close runner up and even harder to come by on the East Coast is the Gravenstein. Adding the Apple Cider concentrate that you can buy from KAF really gives them a boost, as well.
