So glad you mentioned your ex-mother-in-law's pie crust making ability. I can't seem to find the right formula to prevent the bottom crust of my fruit pies from turning soggy within 24 hrs of being made. Do you have any suggestions? I think I've tried everything but hopefully there is something else to try.
