I make apple crisp for a local restaurant. The farm market that I get my apples from had no Cortlands , due to it being that difficult time before apple season. The owner recommended and believed I would get desired results from Paula Reds..... I was so happy that I will use them until I can’t get them anymore. He said they have a rather short season, then I will return to my stand by “Cortlands”
