My Jr. high home ec teacher showed us that gluten ball experiment! Enjoyed all she taught us and can say, yes I use what she taught me ev rtday. I’m thinking she attended Iowa State in Ames. I worked in their kitchen labs with the commodity board I was employed with to forerun the cooking contest we sponsored.
