Lckansas November 14, 2016 at 5:34pm I mix Haralson's, Cortland's and Granny Smith apples for pie; they make a wonderful combination; not too mushy, not too firm, and a balance of sweet and tart, which is what I want in my apple pie. The apple pie had rave reviews here in Kansas. Reply
