I’m have fructose intolerance, so I have to avoid ingredients like molasses, Xanthan Gum, maltodextrin. The Essential Goodness chocolate chip cookie mix had molasses flavor in its list of ingredients, but it did not cause problems for me. It was the only mix I was able to find that met the test of safe ingredients. I am very sad that it has been discontinued. Since so many customers obviously miss this product and want it back, it seems that, in the name of genuine customer service, there must be a way to do that.
