My mom sent us a box of the Essential Goodness chocolate chip cookie mix last summer and it had been sitting in the pantry the past year until yesterday. I made the whole mix in a round 9in cake pan to make 1 giant cookie for my sons birthday. It was a hit!! Now they want more! I see its been discontinued reading the other reviews. Hope to try other cookie mixes from this brand soon. I made no changes to it and it came out perfectly. I mixed it by hand with a fork and a spatula to mush it all together. It will mix eventually with room temp real butter and some patience, you just have to mush it after you mix it for a little bit. No need to add anything else. Be patient. It was perfectly baked and delicious!
