My family was a loyal consumer of your Essential Goodness Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix…and while we have recently purchased and baked your new Outrageous Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix, they truly aren’t as delicious as the EG ones.
To be fair, they are good…and the combination of morsels is very palatable…but there was simply something extra special about your first mix.
Honestly speaking, I’m forever baffled when a company decides to discontinue a product that seems to have landed in a category of perfection. Especially when followed by a surge of consumer pleas and requests.
It puzzles me how that doesn’t eventually show itself as a financial ‘bruise’.
All that to say, I’ll continue to wish and hope for the day when King Arthur Essential Goodness Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix might return to the shelves of my grocery store as it was surely KING!
