We're so glad you've been having fun with the Bakealong challenges, Lynn. What an interesting observation about the cornmeal flavor! We haven't experienced that ourselves and aren't sure exactly what would cause that. Is it possible it was a trick of the tongue and you both were responding to the texture of the whole wheat and oats more than the flavor?
