To speed breakfast up this weekend, I will assemble the dry ingredients the day before; assemble the wet ingredients the day before; and combine the wet and dry muffin ingredients the morning I bake it! That's almost as easy, and I'm quite confident that will work out fine! So glad to know the "general" rule about baking soda, and "double acting" baking powder. Thank you!
