I love all things King Arthur, from the flours to the recipes to the cooking videos, but I have to agree with other commenters that it is hard to beat the Ghirardelli box brownies. (Brownies are the ONLY thing I bake from a box!) In fact, a few years ago, a food magazine editor (I "think" it could have been Bon Appetite, but I could be wrong) admitted to her readers that she has stopped baking brownies from scratch, instead relying on the Ghirardelli boxes. Everyone loves them, especially when I underbake them to ensure a slightly gooey center. Occasionally, I up the deliciousness by adding homemade caramel swirls to the batter. So easy to make the caramel in the microwave.)
