Brownie cupcakes? Who doesn't love that idea! You sure can go ahead and use cupcake tins to bake all of these brownies, but the Cakey Brownie recipe will probably be the most successful. You'll get thick edges on each of the brownies, so to avoid an overly crunchy texture, try reducing the temperature by 25°F and check for doneness after about half the time called for in the recipe.
