Amanda, you've got to try the classic and fudgy versions and let us know which you like best. It was a close call for me, but fudgy was just a bit more tempting. As for your question about espresso powder, it's completely optional. However, if you're a chocolate lover (or a coffee lover) you'll be thanking yourself for adding this ingredient to your pantry.
