Thanks for qualifying that recipes origin I use to eat at Rosco’s Chicken & Waffles in Hollywood many years ago and was certain it was a Soul Food recipe, which I truly love. I now live in Tauranga New Zealand and have discovered a local burger place that serves an awesome Chicken and Waffles dish. A little bit of Soul Food Heaven in my town.👩🏻‍🍳🥰
