Hi Matt, with gluten-free bread recipes it generally doesn't work well to substitute one type of gluten-free flour for another because different types of gluten-free flour perform so differently. While we don't currently have a gluten-free focaccia recipe made with our GF Bread flour, you could try making a regular focaccia recipe and substitute in our GF Bread Flour, using the guidelines for substituting offered in this blog post. Alternatively, we also have this Garden Gluten-Free Focaccia recipe that uses our Gluten-Free Pizza Flour
